London-based FinTech start-up Zorrz has announced a new partnership with IDnow which focusses on providing customer onboarding for its new credit card.

The move will see the identity verification platform support the launch of Zorrz’s BlueAccess Card, a hybrid credit card specifically designed for immigrants, individuals with past challenges, students, those with learning or physical disabilities, and other groups currently excluded from mainstream credit.

The business, which traditionally focusses on financial inclusivity, said that the move would help to “democratise access to credit”.

The new card features integrated Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) functionality, while Zorrz also offers an AI-powered API that generates a comprehensive financial health score as an alternative to conventional credit scores.
